Applications

Where Trusynth Fast is indicated

Indicated where only short-term wound support is required.

Caution: Due to its rapid loss of tensile strength, Trusynth Fast suture should not be used where extended approximation of tissue under stress is required or where wound support beyond 7 days is required. It should not be used for ligation, and in cardiovascular and neurological tissues.

  • Soft tissue approximation
  • Skin closure, particularly in paediatric surgery
  • Episiotomy
  • Circumcision
  • Closure of oral mucosa
