Truglyde Fast provides wound support up to 7 days and is absorbed by hydrolysis quicker than polyglycolic acid suture within 42 to 63 days of implantation.

Applications
Where Truglyde Fast is indicated
Indicated where only short-term wound support is required.
Caution: Due to its rapid loss of tensile strength, Truglyde Fast suture should not be used where extended approximation of tissue under stress is required or where wound support beyond 7 days is required. It should not be used for ligation, and in cardiovascular and neurological tissues.
