Autologous Platelet-Derived Exosome-Rich Plasma

D-MED
Exomas Kit

Youth is hidden within your cells.

Exomas EXO Kit is an advanced regenerative-medicine technology designed to stimulate platelets and release billions of extracellular vesicles from trace blood cells within PRP. A proprietary protocol and dedicated processing system activate platelets to deliver a highly enriched plasma rich in platelet-derived exosomes.

Inside the kit

Everything needed for one preparation

mRNA

Facilitates the transfer of genetic information to target cells, playing a critical role in intercellular communication and genetic material exchange.

miRNA

Regulates gene expression and controls protein synthesis, contributing to essential biological processes such as cellular differentiation, development, and regulation.

Protein

Supports cellular signalling, communication, and biological regulation between cells.

Two proprietary components, one release protocol

Cellitium Blade Technology

Controlled shear, released vesicles

The Cellitium 600 µm system, with its specially engineered blade design and proprietary structure, induces controlled cellular shear stress on blood cells, promoting the release of billions of extracellular vesicles while playing a significant role in platelet activation and the regenerative potential of the final product.

Next-Generation PRX Tube

Architecture built for vesicle yield

Developed through extensive collaboration between D-MED’s R&D team and leading physicians, the patented Next-Generation PRX Tube promotes the release of billions of vesicles, supports platelet activation, and facilitates the sedimentation of trace blood cells to the bottom layer through its proprietary internal architecture.

Autologous system

Safe and effective, drawn entirely from the patient

Built on D-MED’s regenerative expertise

EXOMAS is the result of many years of dedicated R&D, built upon D-MED’s expertise and reliability in autologous regenerative systems. Delivering rapid and effective outcomes, EXOMAS offers physicians and patients a safe, autologous treatment platform.

As a system derived entirely from the patient’s own blood, EXOMAS eliminates the risk of post-injection allergic reactions.

Vesicle yield

Billions of vesicles, optimal size, high viability

Using D-MED’s proprietary Prime Protocol, EXOMAS achieves approximately 15 trillion vesicles per mL. With a final product volume of approximately 8–10 cc, EXOMAS delivers an average total of 12 trillion vesicle systems in its field.

To be classified as exosomes, vesicle size must fall between 30 and 220 nm and be characterised using the relevant CD markers with high viability. Studies conducted using EXOMAS have shown an average vesicle size of 127.9 nm; analysis using the relevant CD markers confirmed that 97% of the vesicles are platelet-derived exosomes, while independent laboratory results demonstrated a viability rate of 98%.

Clinical applications

Wide-ranging clinical potential

EXOMAS supports effective outcomes across aesthetic medicine, orthobiologics, and therapeutic treatments.

Aesthetics

Broad clinical potential in aesthetic and plastic surgery, dermatology, and medical aesthetics, commonly combined with skin and adipose tissue applications to support soft-tissue regeneration, improve local skin radiance, and increase elastin and collagen synthesis for wrinkle reduction. In dermatology, EXOMAS is used for rejuvenation treatment, scar management, and hyperpigmentation disorders, supporting follicular thickening, increased hair density, and improved growth stimulation, frequently applied following hair transplantation procedures.

Orthobiologics

In orthopedics and physical therapy, EXOMAS is used primarily to reduce pain and decrease the need for pharmacological injections and surgical intervention, supporting patients’ return to daily functional activity. It is commonly applied in the treatment of chronic tendon degeneration, ligament and connective-tissue injuries, and fascia-related disorders such as plantar fasciitis, including combination protocols with BMSCs.

Therapeutics

In dry-eye treatment, EXOMAS is administered via topical instillation rather than injection, supporting inflammation control and tissue recovery in cases of corneal ulcers and dry-eye syndrome. In oral and maxillofacial applications, EXOMAS supports soft- and hard-tissue regeneration, including gingival regenerative applications and complex conditions such as osteonecrosis of the jaw.
