D-MED PRP Tubes are manufactured with a flawlessly smooth inner wall. A polished, low-friction surface reduces platelet contact activation and aggregation during centrifugation, so more of the platelet fraction stays intact and recoverable at the plasma interface.
No separating gel means no risk of gel carry-over into the injected dose. Sodium citrate anticoagulant is dosed precisely into every tube, protecting platelet viability from the moment of the draw through to centrifugation.
Engineered geometry and calibrated vacuum draw give a consistent plasma-to-blood ratio at every fill, translating into a reproducible, concentrated platelet dose preparation after preparation.
